- KSL City Mall — About 5 minutes. The default JB shopping and food destination.
- JB City Square / CIQ — About 10 minutes — this is the mall attached to the causeway checkpoint.
- Jalan Seladang street food — Walking distance. This is the reason to stay in Taman Abad rather than a mall.
- Danga Bay — About 15 minutes.

Arriving and leaving
Parking is free for guests in the resident carpark, but it has a specific sequence and your plate has to be registered in advance — which we do automatically from your check-in form. Your arrival pack walks you through it step by step. Do not rely on visitor bays; they are not free.
Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM via smart lock, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Driving over, or walking?
Most Singapore rental cars are not permitted across the causeway, and crossing without consent can void the insurance — we wrote up what a rental car actually needs to enter Malaysia. Our sister company runs SG-plated, VEP-registered cars that are set up for it. When the RTS Link opens — expected around the end of 2026 — it changes the calculation again.
