Residensi Southkey Mozek is attached to the Mid Valley Southkey development — the largest mall in Malaysia outside Kuala Lumpur, with SOGO, GSC Cinemas, Village Grocer and north of 300 tenants. “Next to the mall” is doing real work in that sentence: you are not driving there.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps five. It is further from the causeway than our other two units, which is the trade for having the mall, the cinema and a full-size grocer downstairs.

Arriving and leaving
Parking is included — a designated bay comes with the unit. Note that reaching the mailbox area and the carpark needs the entry QR we send you, so watch for that message before you arrive.
Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM via smart lock, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Driving over, or walking?
Most Singapore rental cars are not permitted across the causeway, and crossing without consent can void the insurance — we wrote up what a rental car actually needs to enter Malaysia. Our sister company runs SG-plated, VEP-registered cars that are set up for it. When the RTS Link opens — expected around the end of 2026 — it changes the calculation again.
