R&F Princess Cove is the waterfront development you can see from the causeway itself — which is the whole point of this unit. The Singapore CIQ checkpoint is roughly a kilometre away, close enough that a great many guests park the car problem entirely and walk across.
It is our largest unit: three bedrooms, three beds, sleeps five, with one bathroom. That makes it the one families and groups take, and the one that gets booked out on long weekends first.

- Singapore Causeway / CIQ — About 1 km. This is the reason people pick this unit.
- Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House — About a 9-minute walk.

Arriving and leaving
Parking is included — a designated bay comes with the unit, and we send you the specifics with your arrival pack once your check-in form is in.
Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. There is no front desk and no key handover to coordinate; your arrival pack arrives on WhatsApp with everything you need.
Driving over, or walking?
Most Singapore rental cars are not permitted across the causeway, and crossing without consent can void the insurance — we wrote up what a rental car actually needs to enter Malaysia. Our sister company runs SG-plated, VEP-registered cars that are set up for it. When the RTS Link opens — expected around the end of 2026 — it changes the calculation again.
